Mike Tobin is 1/3 of the famous ECWA trio known as "The Chick Magnets". He along with partners Mozart Fontaine and Brian Soscia, have taken the ECWA by storm. Each of the "Chick Magnets" brings something unique to the team. Mike is the technical mastermind of the trio. His knowledge of the wrestling business blended with his great technical wrestling makes him one of the top performers in the promotion. I had the opportunity to pose several questions to Mike. What made you want to get into wrestling? Seeing Savage vs. Steamboat at WMIII
When did you join the ECWA? May 2004
How did you joining the ECWA come about? ECWA Hall of Famer Simon Diamond brought me to the attention of the ECWA.
What do you like about the ECWA? The way the company is run, the proffesional atmosphere in the locker room and the history of the company.
What do you think about the ECWA fans? They are extremely passionate about who they like and don't like and they are very loyal to the ECWA.
What have been your favorite ECWA moments? My first match in 2004 against Johnny Maxx and the formation and development of the Chick Magnets in the past year with all the matches and feuds we have had. Also our HUGE win against Mega in Oct.
How did your "Chick Magnet" character come about? Mozart, Brian, Hightower and I decided we wanted to take the ECWA by storm and our formal bowtie look is to remind all the ladies in the crowd who the hottest six man unit in the world is.
What is your "Chick Magnet" character all about? It's all about showing off. Doing whatever it takes to show the ECWA fans that when we are in the room there aint nothing else goin on.
Your thoughts on the current state of the wrestling business? It's rough out there.

Favorite band/artist? Kiss ( I have a Kiss tattoo on my left calf)
